Allow 5 working days for the Well Driven badge to arrive.
- Fit the badge to your vehicle.
- You will then receive a bespoke online logon for your account where you can update vehicle registration details, monitor incident activity and respond to requests for incident
feedback.
- Any incident reports we receive will be emailed to you in the first instance, within 6 working hours of us receiving the report.
- We would expect to receive your feedback (if requested) within 7 working days ideally so that we can feed back your comments to the caller.

The badge has a sticky adhesive back so it can be easily applied to the rear of the vehicle in a prominent place. Please ensure the vehicle surface is clean and dry before application.
The badge is available in a range of three different sizes to suit your vehicles:
- 30 cm x 10 cm (12” by 4.5”)
- 38 cm x 12 cm (15” by 5”)
- 50 cm x 15 cm (18” by 6”)
